Lakes Entrance

Located high on the bluff overlooking Lakes Entrance, the Gippsland Lakes and Bass Strait this project was architecturally designed, tendered and project managed.   The structure is steel and timber with high quality finishes used both internally and externally.

Brooker Builders worked in close conjunction with SLAP Architects to manage pre-construction, during construction and post construction stages of the project.

The completed property comprises four bedrooms, two separate living spaces, entertainment room, elevated deck and lap pool.   Water views are maximised throughout the home.
